Villa types, sizes and floor plans for Soulace Phase 2 are announced at launch. In Soulace’s first phase, villas are 4 BHK of about 3,387 sq ft and 5 BHK of about 4,235 sq ft, each over three levels with a private elevator; register to receive the Phase 2 plans first.

Structure
- Core-wall and shear-wall monolithic construction in aluminium formwork, compliant with the seismic zone
Flooring
- Botticino marble in the living and dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and staircase
Windows
- UPVC sliding windows with a provision for mosquito mesh
Living
- Natural light and cross ventilation, partly solar powered, smart water meters, STP and rainwater harvesting
